Michael Cardoza, Owner
Michael has been in the commercial flooring industry since 1981, providing cleaning solutions, design consultations and installation monitoring for big-name clients like Target, Hannaford Brothers, and Raytheon Corporation. You can find Michael at the Milford, New Hampshire showroom providing customer support and purchasing.
Family is the most important thing to Michael Cardoza. He raised his three kids on sports and outdoors activities – volunteering as a coach on Little League and hockey teams.
The Cardozas have hiked all of the presidential mountain range peaks in New Hampshire.
After locking up the store, Michael spends his time on their horse farm in Mont Vernon, playing boccie ball, or fishing. He also enjoys island hopping on his annual winter trip to the Virgin Islands.
Nicole Ouellette, President
Nicole Ouellette was busy working as a vet technician in a local Milford office and pursuing a degree in nursing when she got the call. Her father and founder of Cardoza Flooring, Michael Cardoza, wanted his only daughter to join the family business. Nicole didn’t hesitate to accept the offer and immediately joined the Cardoza Flooring Team. She was a natural addition, quickly becoming an integral part of the day to day running of the business.
Nicole has learned on the job, picking up the ins and outs of the flooring industry in no time. The opportunity to continue her career in the family business, working alongside her father, husband and brother, has been an experience that Nicole wouldn’t trade for anything.
When Nicole isn’t working in the Milford showroom or meeting with customers, she is spending time with her two young daughters. Nicole’s dedication to the business and her children have proven that family really does come first.
Jamey Ouellette, Production Supervisor
In addition to on-site estimating, managing the field operations at Cardoza Flooring is a very important role that Jamey fulfills. Although all of Cardoza’s installers are experienced craftsmen, daily oversight of the production ensures that the customer’s wishes are met and installation jobs stay on schedule.
Jamey will also roll up his sleeves from time to time and pitches in on a flooring installation.
Jamey lives in Francestown, New Hampshire and enjoys fishing, four wheeling and – most of all – spending time with his kids.
